pretending not to know
secrets beneath the crowns

Very nice haiku Sky … sounds mysterious in a way, maybe that’s because I am not familiar with the story aroud Morava.

The river West Morava runs through our city. Its’ waterside, the almond which was built as a flood protection, a main city park which is very near are favorite places of our citizens. We spent our youth there, so many first loves were born there, first kisses, first drinks, first cigarettes, we went there when we escaped from classes… Memories… 🙂 Thank you.

I enjoyed your explanation of the haiku, all those personal secrets – while for someone like me, with no personal involvement, the last line sounds as if it could refer to political secrets and misdeeds…
